AIM FOR HEALING THERAPY · KATY, TX

You do not have to have the perfect words. Just start where you are.

Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. I personally respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days with clear next steps. Serving residents across Texas.

BEFORE YOU REACH OUT

This is a low-pressure first step.

Whether you are a co-parent trying to figure out how to communicate with someone you are no longer with, a parent navigating the gap between how you were raised and how you want to parent, or someone who has been holding everything together for too long — this is the right place to start.

Send a message below or book directly using the link on this page. Either way, you will hear back from me within 1–2 business days.

You do not have to have this figured out before you reach out. That is what the consultation is for.

WHAT TO EXPECT

What happens after you reach out.

Therapy isn't just about managing conflict. It's about understanding the patterns underneath it — in your co-parenting dynamic, your family, your relationship, or yourself.

In our ongoing work together, we will slow things down enough to see what keeps getting repeated — the misattunements, the defenses, the shutdowns, the escalations. Not to assign blame, but to build awareness of what is actually happening and why.

You don't have to perform here. You don't have to get it right. You just have to be willing to be honest.

This is not quick-fix work. It is steady, intentional, and focused on lasting change — the kind that shows up in how you parent, how you communicate, and how you show up for the people who matter most.

BEFORE YOU REACH OUT

Common questions about getting started.

  • No. This is a cash-pay practice. Sessions are not billed through insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. Many clients find that cash-pay therapy offers more flexibility, more privacy, and faster access to getting started.

  • No. All sessions are available via telehealth for clients anywhere in Texas — including Houston, Sugar Land, Fulshear, Cypress, Richmond, and The Woodlands. In-person sessions are available at the Katy office.

  • It is a 15-minute phone or video call — low pressure, no commitment. We will talk about what is bringing you in and whether working together feels like the right fit. You will know by the end of the call whether it makes sense to move forward.

  • Yes — and this is one of the most common things people say. The consultation is exactly the right place to figure that out together. You do not need to have it sorted before you contact me.
